Its the end of the year, and it feels like we've not even started this year. Man, so much's changed but so much's stayed the same. I really wouldn't have expected anything that's happened to have happened this year. And similarly, I can't expect what's coming up in the year ahead. So, I just hope that everything's that has happened this year will prepare me for next year & next year will be better than this even though this year was pretty damn good.

This year saw me through lots of changes. IJ to VJ, Track to Cross, Good results to shit results, Con2 to Confirmation year, etc etc etc. The only constant thing is change right, so I guess its all expected. I'm really grateful for all the new friends I've made who without them I wouldn't have had such a great time. (V13 pals! Special mentions go out to CHARISSA VIVIAN SHUMIN & ANNABEL!, CROSS GIRLS! Especially MICH, MICH, AMANDA & JOANN! & the rest of the VIP/VJC peole who've made a difference to my life.) I'm grateful for all the people I've grown closer to, especially Celly, Lizzi, Colin & Rachel! :D I don't know, this year's been different, change and change and change nonstop. I've learnt to adapt and to be adaptable.

Lots of unhappy things have happened & alot of them haven't been used properly to get me to grow yet, but there's the whole of 09 I guess. I know I'm not ready to move off into 2009 yet, but you know, its time. So, oh wells. I just hope 2009 will be a happier & more joyful year, even though that's gotta be pretty hard since the rest of my life has probably been the most joyful one you'll find around already.

I was thinking about how we'd be when we go back to cambodia next year, and I realised that we'd change so so much. You know, I don't really wanna change, but you know its really inevitable, so I guess. Gotta live with it.

Okay, omg i've to go soon! AH! I've enjoyed this year more than I said I did, and I'd like to thank everyone. Thanks for making this year simply great, without you guys it'd be just plain dull & boring. I promise next year will be even better. Together you and me can make a difference! :D

This post is dedicated to Rachel Nadia Goh because she asked me to post about her first! Rachel is the bestest facil you can ever have for AYD, hahaha. She made my day/week/month, i don't know what when she told me about poopoo head once, and makes me laugh and laugh! :D Rachel's a great person & a wonderful person to assume as your role model if you need one, and she's just great. She's sincere & she's entertaining. :D And, now I feel like an advertising firm. "BUY RACHEL TODAY!"

Anyways, you're the best Rachel! Don't walk out of my life!

And have yourself, a merry little christmas now.

So so much's happened in the recent weeks! I'm a changed person, at least I hope that I'm a changed person and will remain a changed person. I know I've said this many many times, but this time I really wanna mean it. Really. I want to mean every bit of the word 'CHANGED'.

Mainly, its been CAMBODIA. Omg, its the best thing ever. No matter what Godma said about the school not needing help and all, I really think its helped me alot & no matter how much (or how little) joy we've brought to the kids' lives, its helped me alot to end the year on a high and good note. I don't regret going, its been 10x, 100x better than I expected it to be AND its worth missing OGL training, track camp AND training.

And this is just 3 of my approximately 300 over pictures! :D
The kids are wonderful. Delightful, lovely, cute, adorable, superb, loving and simply the greatest. Linmin/Limin who appears in 2 of the above 3 pictures is absolutely the best, she is the cutest most wonderful primary 2 kid I've ever seen! Of course that's just a teeny bit biased because she's probably one of the few grade 2 kids I interacted with. But you know, you just go and talk to the kids (more like just stand next to them, hold their hands, hug them & carry them, but still!) and you know, you just feel so happy thath subconsciously you're just smiling because you're just so peaceful and happy down in your heart. And you get so attached to them that leaving them is just so hard, and its like you've actually started loving them truly because they are simply people, because you've not been able to have a proper conversation with them, let alone get to know them. It was simply the greatest experience ever, really. Also, in Cambodia I guess I came to terms with the fact that hating people is no way to go, and you know forgiveness just clears everything up. And so, I'm done with hating you & your girl. You've been great travel pals, and yeah. I'm changing, slowly. I promise I won't burn down your house. :D

Okay, so then caroling. I guess I've not been as attached to caroling as I used to be cause this holiday saw me getting really really busy. But nonetheless, I enjoyed caroling lots & really really thought it was great. Such a pity its come & gone, just like everything that's happened in the past few years. ): End of caroling also marked Rachel, Mary, Fel Mok, Ben Neo & Mel's leaving from CL ): And oh man, that's really kinda sad. ): I'll miss them lots, and CL just won't be the same ): Pleaaseeee don't go. And anyhow, new responsibilities which I really don't wanna take up, but oh well: A leader takes up whatever she gets & does it well, even if she may not want it or may not think she can do it; a leader believes in herself. (PSL camp thought me lots :D)

Light up, omg haha. It was a long & tiring day but oh wells, it turned out not bad after all. Last minute and all but we had a great cast, so yay, good job you lot!

Xmas shopping! Stressful, tiring and pain. But fulfilling, I did everything in a day! AND i tried my best to buy things people'd use so, YEAH. I tried! Had fun anw, bonded with fel, ben & steph!

Midnight mass! haha, this year's was emptier. i mean our pew it was, colin, lennard, lizzi me and barry. which is much less compared to last year, but good anw. great mass!

Christmas! fun, joyful, happy, over. hahaha. i'm so tired really! Love love love, the best thing you could ever get. thanks for everything up above! :D

Okay now, i've training tmrw, party tmrw, banner painting tmrw, ice-cream buffet on saturday, lunch with cross girls on saturday, dinner on saturday, party with the corderio's on sunday & zoo outing on tuesday! good grief, i'm so busy ):

:D Just here to say I'm back in Singapore from Brisbane. And am healthy and safe.

Dear Kids, Jaime loves you no matter what, please don't hate me! :D
Lalalalalala! Jaime's real happy cause training (for me) was rewarding! :D

Jaime's thought everything through and has finally found proper reasons for the things i've put on hold or more specifically, 'wait' rather than 'yes'/'no'! Which is kinda good, cause jaime says so. The cross team's been naughty :D But i love the team :D We're the toughest girls in VJ! OH AND CHINESE PROJECT IS GOING TO BE SUPERRR FUN! Vivian, charissa, annabel & shumin make anything fun! Even Bio was a joy to do, haha volleyball interruption & pizza chats! :D LALALALA. This year's been a good year, y'know! :D and you know what, today's 364 days since a horrible boy did a horrible thing. No i've not been counting, its just, dates. So yes! One year ago you little twerp who ate up my ego and confidence in any of the half of the world of your type. Oh wells, at least over the last year I've gotten closer to my not so close friends and I've got much much much better friends such as the above mentioned, my boyfriend(s) {haha lizzi + celeste} and manyyyyyyyy more. haha!
